the magic, according to you
Every visit tells a story. Here are a few kind words from the wonderful people who have stepped through our doors and become part of The Prism & Pendulum community.
“This is not a shop, it's an EXPERIENCE! The space is filled with art, atmosphere, and inspiration! The best part is there are so many learning experiences. You can make your own tea, your own crystal bracelet, and/or your own intention jar! They also have classes and activities every day! I've done a sound bath (it was wonderful!), and I went on a crystal dig at the Ocean View Mine! Everyone there is positive, fun, and knowledgeable--we go to just hang out and have a great time!”
Crystal R.“This store is great! It's definitely one of the friendlier witchy & metaphysical shops in North County. I loved how open the store was, and all of the products were organized really well. I think the product curation is pretty solid and could benefit every level of witch/spiritualist. They have crystals, candles, deity statues, spell oils, herbs, and a whole ton of other witch adjacent things.
I'm personally not into psychics, but they have a wide variety of people that they work with. If you're into that, I'd def suggest checking this place out and looking into the readers. A few customers were taking about how happy they were with their readings! I also dig the store's community involvement with hosting various events and workshops.
The store cat, Louie, is an absolute vibe. He's so sweet and friendly! I really loved being greeted by him and the occasional run in once my partner and I started to wander around the store. He even 'blessed' some of my crystals :) The owner is also super friendly and knowledgable! This place is a definite stop if you're into crystals and witchy stuff.”
Fen L.“I’ve been to Prism & Pendulum several times to restock some of my favorite items, and every experience has been wonderful. The customer service is easily 10 out of 5 stars! Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help.
Once I learned they offered readings, my mom and I decided to book one together. We booked with Jamie, and what an amazing experience! She connected with us so naturally and made us feel completely comfortable. She gave us insight and direction, and even connected with loved ones, which made the experience incredibly meaningful for both of us.
I would go back in a heartbeat! Prism & Pendulum is truly a gem in Escondido, and I’m so happy to see such a wonderful shop thriving in our community..”
Lauren S.“Wonderful unique spot, such a pleasant surprise to find this on Grand Ave in Escondido! Not only is the shop awesome (you'll find really cool little things!) but they also organize community events that are inclusive, wholesome, friendly, and highly experiential. So grateful this place exists! Not to mention the cute chubby social cat Louis - he's always around somewhere, and always lets you pet him..”
Erlinde C.“I'm so glad this store opened in North County, it's such a unique place, and we need more of that. This store offers so many different things, and also hosts classes, walking tours and seasonal events.
They have everything from incense (love the handmade vanilla ones), spell jars you can make in the store, teas, beautifully unique jewelry, and clothes. I really had to restrain myself from buying up the store. The prices here are also very reasonable, compared to similar stores I've been in.
They offer a variety of classes, such as Tarot, and the owners are very knowledgeable. I love how they have a picture and bio on the wall, of the owners and the practitioners. One of the best parts is they also have an adorable resident cat named Louie.”
