Join us every Sunday at 9:00 am for our Spiritual Service.

These are non-denominational gatherings designed to foster a spiritual community and offer a safe space for people to congregate, meditate, discuss, share, and learn.

The structure of our service is:

1. * Quiet reflection for 5 minutes to center everyone’s attention.

2. * Opening prayer or invocation (a simple and inclusive prayer that welcomes everyone to the space)

3. * Group Guided Meditation

4. * Short talk or presentation on the theme of the week

5. * Group share on the theme

6. * Closing reflection (summarizing key points from the service and giving examples of how to practice the topic in our daily lives)

7. * Closing prayer or affirmation (offering a final prayer or positive affirmation that reiterates the theme of the service)

8. * Group Meditation and Reflection to close

9. * Offering or ritual by the group (creating an altar, placing written intentions in a bowl, etc)

10. * Community Sharing of Food and Drink (light refreshments available)
