We make every effort to ship products within 2-3 business days of receiving an order, unless it is a custom order which may then take up to 7-14 days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, as these are subject to factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely. You will be charged for additional shipping if goods are sent back due to a wrong address supplied by the customer.

As a small business, we have a no-return policy. Please email us or give us a call if you receive something damaged in shipping.

1.Water: Hold stones under running water for a minute. ONLY use for tumbled or polished stones.

2.Moonlight: Place your crystals outside on a table or near a window that is bathed in moonlight for a few hours. Make sure dew does not get them wet.

3. Smoke: Using sage or incense, hold your crystals in the smoke stream for one minute.

4.Earth: Bury your crystals in dirt. Be aware of which crystals are water-soluble.

5. Selenite: Just lay your crystals on or against the selenite for around 6 hours (or as long as you feel guided to leave them).

6. Salt: bury your crystals in a bowl of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt and leave them for about an hour. Throw away the salt after cleansing as the negative energy has been absorbed into the salt. Use care with this method as salt can be abrasive.

1.Place smudge bundle in fireproof container (shell, cast iron, coper, brass).

2.Light one end of the bundle. Blow out the flame. Use hand or feather to move smoke forward.

3. To purify a space, begin at doorway and move around the room in clockwise manner.

4. Be sure to set your intention of removing negative energy. Repeat your intention as you move around the space.

5.Fire Hazard — Be sure not to leave unattended. Use only over fireproof surface. Thoroughly extinguish after use or before disposal. When burning, open a window or door to circulate fresh air.
